With Direct Credit, a customer pays you an amount upfront and receives more than that in store credit. You set the bonus: at 20%, a €100 payment becomes €120 of credit. The credit sits in their Gamma Wallet and they spend it at your counter, a little at a time.
It suits shops whose regulars come in weekly. Direct Credit can also run alongside your main reward model, so a customer can hold prepaid credit and collect their usual rewards at the same time. The credit can only be spent with you.
Who it's for
Direct Credit for Cafés
Most of a café's regulars buy a coffee every morning. The owner offered them a monthly top-up: pay €50, get €60 of credit.
Direct Credit adds the bonus and keeps the balance, so the barista only scans the customer's Wallet QR at each visit.
The café is paid at the start of the month, and its regulars have a reason to come back until the credit is used.
Set your bonus percentage in Gamma Business, for example 20%.
The customer pays you upfront, for example €100.
Their Gamma Wallet shows the credit with the bonus added: €120.
They spend it at your counter, and the balance updates after each scan.
Merchant

Customer
